Fifteen years of
regulated practice.

A small, deliberate practice — built on personal involvement in every brief and the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Portrait of Virginia Lazarou

Virginia Lazarou is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over fifteen years of experience advising private owners, banks, developers and legal practitioners across Cyprus.

She read Land Economy and trained in the United Kingdom before returning to Cyprus to establish her practice in Limassol — drawn by the chance to bring international standards to the island's property market at a moment of accelerating change.

Her work spans valuation, feasibility, and strategic advisory across the residential, commercial, industrial and land sectors, with particular depth in coastal and mixed-use assets.

Every brief is led personally — from initial site visit to written report — and delivered to the standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).
