What we collect
We only collect personal information that you actively send us. In practice, that means:
- Quote requests. When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), property location, property type, purpose of valuation, message, and any documents you choose to attach.
- Email correspondence. If you write to [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to share in your message.
- Phone calls. When you call our office or mobile lines, we don't record calls. We may keep brief notes on the matter discussed if you instruct us.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioural profiling on this website.
How we use it
The information you send us is used solely for the purpose for which you sent it. In practice that means:
- preparing a quotation or written valuation report,
- corresponding with you about the property and the engagement,
- maintaining our records as required by RICS Red Book standards and Cyprus statutory record-keeping rules.
We will not send you marketing emails unless you specifically ask to be added to a mailing list.

Where your information is stored
Our website is hosted within the European Economic Area and our working files are kept on systems located in the EU. We do not transfer personal information outside the EEA except where the destination has been recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection.
How long we keep it
- Quote enquiries that don't lead to an engagement — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Records of completed work — valuation reports, instructions, and related correspondence are kept for the period required by RICS standards and Cyprus law (typically 6 years from delivery), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

- access the personal information we hold about you,
- correct anything that is inaccurate,
- delete information where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it,
