Modern residential building
Overview

Decisions about property are rarely just about property — they're about families, balance sheets, court cases, and the next deal in someone's pipeline. Getting the value right matters because everything that follows is built on it.

Every report we issue is prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation — Global Standards (the Red Book), signed by an MRICS Registered Valuer, and accepted by every major Cypriot lender, court, and tax authority.

We work directly with each instructing party from brief to delivery — no junior surrogates, no templated output. The valuer who inspects the property is the valuer who signs the report.

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does a valuation take?

Most residential reports are delivered within five working days of the site visit. Larger commercial assignments typically take ten to fifteen days, depending on scope and document availability.

Are reports accepted by Cyprus banks?

Yes — every report is prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation — Global Standards (the Red Book) and signed by an MRICS Registered Valuer. They are accepted by every major Cypriot lender and by overseas institutions.

Can you act as an expert witness?

Yes. We accept instructions in matrimonial, probate, partnership and commercial disputes — both for instructing parties and on a single-joint-expert basis. Reports are prepared to CPR Part 35 and Cyprus civil-procedure equivalents.
